Mavie Work, part of the international health company Mavie (UNIQA Group), has acquired 100% of the shares in Wellbeing Polska, one of Poland’s leading corporate health platforms. The transaction significantly strengthens Mavie Work’s holistic health offering in Poland and across the CEE region, combining physical, mental and organizational health solutions for corporate clients.
Our team advised Mavie Work throughout the transaction, supporting the client in navigating the Polish market and successfully completing this strategic acquisition. The transaction was led by Rafał Celej, with support from Arkadiusz Klejnowski, Gabriela Lewicka, Martyna Mirek and Kamila Banaś.
