We are pleased to announce that we advised Demoboost on securing €2.8 million in seed funding.
The round was led by Digital Ocean Ventures and RIO ASI Family Office Rafał Brzoska. Other investors included b2venture as well as experienced business angels – Lech Kaniuk, Damian Zaplata, Zbigniew Lukasiak, Sławomir Nitek, Krzysztof Gibek, and Paweł Maj (Vestbee).
The transaction was led by Karolina Piotrowska-Andryszczyk, supported by Gabriela Lewicka and Kamila Banaś, providing comprehensive legal advisory to the company and its founders at every stage of the process – from structuring and negotiating the investment documentation through to closing the round.
