Rafał Celej is a partner at Kondracki Celej and the head of the firm’s corporate and transactional practice. With over seventeen years of experience, he focuses on venture capital, private equity, and M&A transactions, advising clients across a wide range of industries in Poland and internationally.
Rafał has worked on hundreds of VC investments and technology M&A deals, representing both domestic and international funds, as well as emerging and growth-stage companies. His transactional practice spans the full lifecycle of corporate development - from investment and shareholder structuring to exits and governance.
Rafał is regularly recommended in the Chambers FinTech Legal ranking, and is recognized as a Leader in the categories of Private Equity and Commercial, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions by the Ranking of Law Firms – Rzeczpospolita.
