Martyna Mirek is an advocate at the Corporate and Transactional practice ta Kondracki Celej.
From the very beginning of her career, she has been focused on commercial law, with corporate advisory as her main area of specialization. She has comprehensive experience in carrying out reorganisations of business entities (including processes related to mergers, divisions, and transformations of companies under commercial law) and planning their structure. She has experience in creating structures to secure private assets and introducing individualised rules for their succession using foreign private foundations and a Polish family foundation.
Before joining Kondracki Celej, she gained experience in the Luxembourg legal department of an international corporation, where she provided corporate services to companies within an umbrella investment fund structure. Her responsibilities included ongoing legal support, drafting and reviewing corporate documentation, and advising on regulatory compliance.
In addition, she was part of a team handling the legal aspects of project financings carried out by various companies, which allowed her to gain in-depth knowledge of complex financial transactions and their impact on corporate structures. This role enabled her to further develop her analytical skills and to work effectively with diverse teams in an international environment.
