Angelika Bednarz is a third-year advocate trainee in the white-collar crime practice at Kondracki Celej.
She specializes in criminal law, as well as disciplinary and regulatory proceedings conducted by the relevant professional self-governing and supervisory authorities.
Professionally, she is interested in incidents of cybersecurity violations.
She has experience representing clients in criminal, administrative and civil proceedings to eradicate threats, repair harm, and enforce liability against perpetrators of cyber offences or offences committing using IT infrastructure or malware. She has participated in internal investigations to determine the course of such incidents and to secure digital evidence.
