
Angelika Bednarz is an advocate in the Criminal Law practice at Kondracki Celej. She focuses on white-collar crime, fiscal criminal law, and cybercrime, advising clients in complex and high-stakes matters.
She previously gained experience at a leading Polish law firm, where she handled criminal cases at every stage—from the investigative phase through trial. Her practice includes representing both individuals and corporate clients, including senior executives and management boards.
Angelika conducts internal investigations and advises on the identification and mitigation of criminal law risks in business operations. She also represents clients in disciplinary and regulatory proceedings before professional bodies and supervisory authorities.
She is a member of the Polish chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association.
