Adam Domański – Partner in the White-Collar Crime and Regulatory Proceedings practice – has been with the firm since its establishment. He co-created its organizational and substantive foundations, actively contributing to the development of the team and the firm’s strategic practice areas. He has been involved in all of the firm’s most significant white-collar crime matters. In recent years, he has played a key role in representing audit firms and statutory auditors, contributing to the firm’s pioneering position in this sector.
Karolina Piotrowska-Andryszczyk – has been with the firm for eight years, specializing in Venture Capital, Venture Debt, and M&A transactions. She advises on both domestic and international investment projects, supporting funds, investors, and technology companies at every stage of development – from pre-seed and growth rounds to exit. She is one of the most experienced lawyers in the Polish market in the area of Venture Debt, combining expert transactional knowledge with a business-oriented approach and strong negotiation skills.
Arkadiusz Klejnowski – has been with the firm for six years. He specializes in M&A and Venture Capital advisory, with particular focus on cross-border transactions and projects involving technology companies. He advises venture capital funds, private investors, and company founders at all stages of the investment process, including the design of incentive programs. He is among the most experienced lawyers in the Venture Capital market.
