Kondracki Celej Law Firm provided legal advisory services to the bValue fund on an investment worth up to PLN 3 million in SEEDiA, a manufacturer of smart solar-powered urban infrastructure devices. This is another investment by bValue this year on which our law firm has advised, and the first within the fund’s new vehicle – bValue Bridge.
The fund was represented by attorney-at-law Rafał Celej, Partner at Kondracki Celej.
SEEDiA is a Krakow-based startup producing smart solar-powered urban infrastructure devices such as benches, stands, bus stops, and furniture, equipped with modules for charging smartphones, Wi-Fi modules, smog sensors, screens, or sound modules. According to the founders, their project’s aesthetics and functionality align with the smart city concept and already improve the daily lives of residents in several Polish cities.
