We are thrilled and proud to announce that Kondracki Celej has once again been recognized in the prestigious 23rd edition of the “Rzeczpospolita” Law Firm Ranking, earning five Leader distinctions and two additional recommendations. This includes a new category—Capital Markets and Regulatory Advisory—in which both the firm and Partner Marcin Kondracki received individual recognition.
This marks our strongest performance to date and affirms our position as one of the leading firms among small law offices (with up to 50 lawyers). In the editorial summary by Rzeczpospolita, we were named one of the law firms with the highest number of distinctions, securing second place in terms of the total number of recognitions in our category. Additionally, our Partner Rafał Celej is one of only two lawyers in Poland to receive dual individual recognition among smaller firms—in the areas of Private Equity and Commercial, Corporate, and M&A Law.

The past few years have been a time of dynamic growth for our firm. Year after year, we've not only expanded the scope of our legal services but have also consistently appeared in an increasing number of ranking categories, building a reputation as a highly specialized yet versatile advisory team.
With each edition of the ranking, we continue to prove that success and the quality of legal services are not determined by the size of the firm, but by the competence and dedication of its team.
In 2023, we received three distinctions. In 2024, five. And this year, five distinctions and two recommendations—placing us firmly among the "best of the best" legal firms in the country.
For 23 years, the Rzeczpospolita daily has published what is widely considered the most prestigious and objective law firm ranking in Poland. This year’s edition included 336 firms employing over 9,500 lawyers.
Once again, the ranking evaluated both the size of legal teams and the quality of legal advisory services, based on transaction analysis, client feedback, and peer recommendations within the legal community.
This year’s awards ceremony took place in the baroque interiors of the Verte Hotel in Warsaw and brought together representatives from leading law firms, along with honorary guests—including Deputy Minister of Justice Arkadiusz Myrcha. The ranking was divided into two main parts: firm size classifications and a substantive section focusing on recommendations across various legal practice areas.
This achievement would not have been possible without our exceptional team, whose daily work, commitment, and professionalism form the foundation of all our success.
