Kondracki Celej advised Holi on its PLN 12.5 million seed round
Kondracki Celej advised Holi, a Polish healthtech company developing a digital obesity treatment clinic, on its PLN 12.5 million seed funding round.
The round was led by the 4growth VC fund, with participation from YZR Capital and Heartfelt Capital from Germany, as well as a group of business angels.
We are proud to have supported Holi in securing funding that will enable the company to scale its operations across Europe—starting with the markets of Southern and Eastern Europe—and to further develop its technology platform.
Holi’s digital clinic brings together specialists in medicine, psychodietetics, psychology, and physiotherapy, offering comprehensive patient care under a subscription-based model.
The funds raised will be used, among other things, to expand medical infrastructure, integrate with diagnostic tools, automate GLP-1 tracking, streamline therapeutic processes, and implement new features that enhance patient motivation and engagement.
The transaction on behalf of Kondracki Celej was led by Karolina Piotrowska-Andryszczyk, supported by Gabriela Lewicka, who provided Holi and its founders with comprehensive legal assistance throughout every stage of the investment process.
