Kondracki Celej advised DareIT on the sale of a stake to Women Go Tech

We are proud to announce that our law firm provided comprehensive legal services to DareIT – one of the leading organizations supporting women in the tech industry in Poland – in the process of selling a majority stake to Women Go Tech, a Lithuanian non-profit organization operating in the Central and Eastern Europe region.

This transaction is not just a merger of structures, but above all a strategic step towards fulfilling a shared mission: to equip as many as 300,000 women with digital skills and competencies in new technologies, including artificial intelligence, by the end of 2026.

Scope of Legal Support
Our team provided end-to-end legal advice throughout every stage of the transaction – from structuring the deal, through negotiations and documentation preparation, to finalizing the agreement. The transaction was led by Weronika Dąbrowska, with support from Gabriela Lewicka.

Empowering Women in the ICT Sector
The collaboration between DareIT and Women Go Tech creates the largest women’s community in the tech industry in the CEE region – totaling nearly 70,000 active participants in mentoring, development, and educational programs across Poland, Lithuania, and other countries in the region.

The new organizational structure will enable, among other things:

  • the launch of international mentoring programs and AI training,
  • strengthened collaboration with leading tech companies in Poland and across Europe,
  • development of programs promoting diversity and equality in the ICT industry,
  • building a strong bridge between business and future female tech professionals.

A heartfelt thank you to the DareIT team for their trust and collaboration on this impactful project – it was a pleasure to support you throughout the entire process.
