Kondracki Celej Law Firm Advised Venture Capital Fund bValue on the Creation of the New Investment Vehicle – bValue Unicorns – and on Investments Exceeding PLN 10 Million in Three Rapidly Growing Polish Startups: CallPage, JobSquare, and Shoplo

Kondracki Celej Law Firm provided legal advice to the venture capital fund bValue in connection with the establishment of its new investment vehicle – bValue Unicorns – as well as on a series of investments exceeding PLN 10 million in three dynamically developing Polish startups: CallPage, JobSquare, and Shoplo.
The bValue Unicorns fund was created with the support of the National Capital Fund (Krajowy Fundusz Kapitałowy).

The innovative startups backed by bValue through these investment transactions include:

• CallPage – a website plugin that allows businesses to connect with potential customers in under 30 seconds (used on sites such as znanylekarz.pl);
• JobSquare – an innovative Polish app revolutionizing the temporary job search process;
• Shoplo – a platform that enables users to launch their own online store.

bValue is a venture capital fund co-founded and managed by Maciej Balsewicz, with notable investors including Rafał Brzoska (InPost), Tomasz Misiak and Tomasz Hanczarek (WorkService), and Marian Owerko (Bakalland).
