Michalina Gdula is an attorney-at-law, and an associate at the corporate and transactional practice at Kondracki Celej.
She specializes in corporate and commercial law as well as investment funds. She advises on ongoing corporate matters for Polish and foreign companies, with a particular emphasis on debt securities, investment contracts, acquisitions, and the sale of assets.
She gained experience in an international law firm as well as in a boutique law firm focused on transactions. She is the co-founder of the LegalTech startup "SlothEye". She completed many international internships, including at a law firm based in Zagreb or at the Office of Member of the European Parliament Kazimierz M. Ujazdowski in Brussels (as a result of winning the competition).
She participated as a speaker at over 25 international and national conferences, including Cyberspace in Brno or iSlaco in Saint Petersburg. Michalina is an author of numerous scientific publications as well as a participant of many seminars and workshops in the field of negotiations and new technologies, including 9 summer school for European ICT and IT law in Reichenau, Austria, workshops: Workshops on arbitration in IT industry and cloud computing contracts negotiations or EY Academy of Business (Negotiations and Renegotiations).
She has been a multiple scholarship holder of the Rector of the University of Wrocław for the best students. She is also a winner of the competition for an internship in the European Parliament, Finalist of the Law Games Competition organized by ELSA Poland and Wierzbowski Eversheds (2016), winner with the team "Wrocław Startup weekend 2017" and Global Legal Hackathon in 2020. She is a member of the Committee for International Cooperation and the Committee for New Technologies and Digital Transformation at the Attorney-at-law Association in Wroclaw.
